YSC has announced today the appointment of a new Global Head of Leadership Potential. Carly Lund will join the new role with immediate effect from her position as Managing Consultant in YSC.
Reporting to Rob Morris, Head of Innovation, Carly will be responsible for evolving the firm's leadership potential proposition and increase its offerings to new and existing clients. She will partner closely with clients to develop new tools and delivery methods (including digital), and validate results.
The appointment marks a strengthened/enhanced focus on Leadership for YSC, with their JDI model of potential at the heart of this, as it continues to build on its reputation for supporting clients to unleash the power of their people.
YSC's model of potential helps organisations identify and develop high potential employees and has been developed and refined over 20 years using leading psychological research and assessments with over 20,000 executives.
Carly previously worked at another consultancy where she was the Director of Delivery and Service Development in the Global Professional Services team. She has partnered with clients globally across multiple sectors including finance, retail, professional services, telecoms and government.

Carly has a BSc in Psychology for the University of Kent and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan University. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with specialised interest in assessment and development.
