BEIJING, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- A report from People's Daily:
In a turbulent world, what can bring greater certainty to development? China offers a decisive response.
The fierce winds of Kazakhstan no longer simply sweep across the steppe. Today, they are being harnessed to generate clean electricity and help power homes in Astana.
China-Kazakhstan wind-power cooperation has brought not only technology and technical standards, but also training for local teams. For young Kazakh engineers and technicians, every turning turbine represents a new set of skills, and new possibilities for the future.
From construction to day-to-day operation, responsibility is gradually passing into local hands. Deep in the snow-covered steppe, an energy transition is taking shape one handover at a time.
