A report from People's Daily
In a turbulent world, what can bring greater certainty to development? China offers a decisive response.
In Karaganda, an old industrial city in Kazakhstan, long-quiet factory floors have come back to life through China-Kazakhstan cooperation in vehicle manufacturing.
Chinese technicians have trained local teams, while young Kazakh workers have learned how to build modern buses from the ground up and send them off the production line with their own hands.
Five years on, former apprentices now stand at the center of the factory floor, taking on key roles themselves. The project is producing more than buses: it is rebuilding skills, confidence and a sense of possibility.
